Fries came in hard, gave out wrong sauce. Fooling around in the bad with food. Had to repeat myself multiple times. Not going to go bad.

Even on a normal weekday afternoon, many tables in the dining area were dirty and there was trash on the floor. During the 40 minutes I was there, no staff came out to clean the seating area. Me and another customer had to line up and wait just to ask for ketchup and the restroom code. I understand it may have been a staffing issue, but I also saw familywith young kid struggling to find clean seats, and heard other customers commenting that the place didn’t feel clean.
