no lobby fountain drinks, you must stand in line and ask for refills. which staff is super slow to get for you. lobby ketchup is available but super runny like watered down. it seems every mcd's owned by this owner is becoming this way and that is nonsense. management at this store still treat guests respectfully and don't make them feel like loitering fools. KC needs better policies from its fast food.
Was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The food was fresh and exactly how we ordered it. Very good experience.
All our food was fresh, had to wait for it to cool...
I am now wondering if there food is made out of humans after all.
