My food got cold while I waited forever for my coffee. Sandwich dry as a bone. Terrible
I go here more than I would like to admit. So with that being said, only a very few times has our order been messed up. I recently stared getting the .99 coffee through the app because its such a good deal. I go about my day drinking my coffee and see a floating black spot on the top of my coffee bobbing up and down. I thought it was maybe a coffee ground so I went to the sink to get it out and realized it wasn't a coffee ground, because those sink to the bottom. Why do they not check the quality of date of when their tea was last made? Got some today that was rancid. Not only rancid but very very watered down and that couldn't even hide the taste. So gross and would only cost them a few cents to make fresh.
