I'm a ballet dancer from Japan, and I stopped by here while traveling from one of my tour shows. I waited 20 minutes for my meal, the fries were only about a third of the size of a medium box, and the burger toppings were all removed from the bun before being placed in the box, so I had to put them all back together myself. No Grinch Meals available Dec 8th. My daughter was excited for it. Why advertise it? Cold fries and overcooked cold nuggets on top of it tonight. Bummed. As a local I find best service is during the morning and mid day hours.
They never get anything right n the workers don’t know what there doing at all somebody needs to teach them better and where the manners at

Hit or miss, this time was a miss. Mobile order, didn't receive the correct order. A chicken sandwich with no customization. Bun was burnt, chicken overly fried, and no bacon. I seemed to be the only customer there. The wait wasn't long but I'd prefer getting what I ordered rather than rush to get it out.
