Made a pick up order at this location. We ordered drinks, a mocha frappe and a fanta. Lady at window said it wasn't on the order then told me to pull forward to wait on the drinks. Then, a lady comes up and says the total of the drinks I needed to pay all though the drinks already were paid for on the mobile order. Came home, and as I walked thru the door my 40 peice nuggets bust open thru the bottom of the box. First manager i spoke to told me she could not replace it since it wasn't on property. THEY NO LONGER HAVE AN INDOOR PLAY PLACE. everything else was a normal mcdonalds experience.
Edit: a new visit... first time ive ever needed a refil on a coffee and they said I couldnt get one because I had came thru the drive thru and sat in my car drinking it rather than going inside to order it. I also had a ticket on my coffee showing I had just purchased it 10minutes prior. Poor customer service. Sandwich was wrong had to get replaced...Watered down coffee had to replace twice and they just ignored me after the first time they replaced it....I guess they thought I was imagining it lol....I finally got a good co... read more
They charged me 2$ bc I asked for one sweet and sour and then it wasn’t even in the bag bruhhh. I’m fat and broke. Don’t charge me and not give me that
