Absolutely disgusting. Low staff. Never even did get food.
Ended up not getting our food because we ordered at a kiosk and then left after waiting 10 minutes to pay. We weren’t acknowledged, probably because of the multiple customers who were already complaining about cold food or waiting for 15+ minutes. The women’s bathroom was disgusting. It smelled terribly and there were drops of blood all over the floor and door of one of the stalls. Glad we didn’t end up eating here. We probably would have regretted it.
Sara(h) F was a great help and very patient with our group. I could tell behind the counter was a little short staffed which is totally understandable, it happens sometimes, however Sara(h) was very understanding of our hurry and cluelessness. She made sure to take good care of us. Everyone can appreciate a hard working employee ! Also the frappe is phenomenal ! Thanks ! = )
