Worst McDonald’s Experience Ever This was hands down the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting—clearly not cleaned in a long time. I didn’t even get a receipt because they were out of paper, which meant I couldn’t complete the survey to report the issues. They ran out of coffee beans and couldn’t make the drink I ordered. I came here expecting a quick bite. I left questioning the very fabric of reality. First off, the self-order kiosks were all turned off, presumably to conserve energy—or maybe hope. So everyone was crammed into one line, watching the staff wander around like Sims with low pathfinding. After finally ordering, it took 10 full minutes to make a single Big Mac. I went there specifically to get the Minecraft meal, and my grandma got a Big Mac. First of all it was 22$ which i think is literally terrible for McDonald’s… and it took at least 20 minutes and they forgot about our meal because apparently the stove wasnt cooking it so our meat was raw and she went in there and they remade our meal and the manager came out with it (he is a sweet guy). There was some guy who looked like Marvin from home alone but ginger and was lingering around our car for THE WHOLE time.

Never order delivery. Always missing items and when something is wrong, it’s never their fault. The food is always cold, hard and old tasting. Ice cream machine is still broken, they don’t do orange juice as an option, half the menu items are unavailable.
