I waited at the drive thru speaker 17 minutes in silence, then said "hello?". There was actually someone on the other end. Order taken. Now pull around the corner and am still 2 cars back- the car directly in front of me had their order taken before I even arrived at the drive thru. How much longer will I wait? Only time will tell. This "fast food" run will take up my entire lunch break & I wont even have time to eat it. The service here has taken a deep dive from pre-covid. :( My advice is don't even bother.
