Well to start i ordered through mobile order waited in drive-thru and at least no response for at least ten mins went inside to speak to a staff and or a manager the man who was not a manager started arguing and cursing me out when I simply tried to explain we had been sitting in drive-thru the manager who finally stepped up was so inexperienced let her coworker speak to me anyway he wanted and then finally told me if I was picking up my order inside that I had to change in app so I went on to explain that nobody was answeri... read more
I went a few times over the years, or tried to. Maybe they do okay if you walk in, but drive through, WOW! It’s horrible. You’ll wait eternity before someone gets on the speaker, they’ll get your order wrong, they’ll have you pull forward and wait. If you want FAST food, don’t do it.
Miss T ate down, she was so friendly and so quick and polite. I will definitely recommend this Mcdonald’s to people!
