Nasty. How yall feeding people human...
This is hands down the worst McDonalds in the Binghamton area. Every time I go they get my order wrong, they take forever to answer the drive thru, and the staff is ridiculously unprofessional and rude. I avoid this place if I can but I had the misfortune of of having to come here today because the Vestal location didn't have water. I was given the entirely wrong order, the lady threw it at me, and I don't even like what she gave me. I've attached a picture of the two "sausage mcmuffin with cheese" that was in the bag. I visited this McDonald’s today to take part in the new Monopoly promotion. Each purchased item is supposed to come with a game ticket, but when I asked for mine, the staff acted as if they didn’t understand what I meant. After I insisted, they handed me used and dirty cups from a cabinet — apparently to replace the tickets they had already taken. That was extremely unhygienic and unprofessional.
