Ordered a Caramel Frappe with extra caramel and was charged for the extra, but when I got to the window, it had the regular amount. I politely asked if they could add more since I had paid for it, but they refused and insisted it was already “extra,” then closed the window on me. It was clear they didn’t want to remake it. Very rude service. If you’re going to charge for extra, then actually provide it. Disappointing.

Mmmmmm. One of my favorite places to go. Food is always hot, tastes delicious, and fresh. I come here quite often, and have never been met with a bad meal. I have however been met a few times with mistakes. There's been at least 3 times when I ordered a double quarter pounder, but only got a single patty with my meal. Once, I got barbecue sauce with my chicken nuggets instead of the ranch I asked for, once I got 2 happy meals instead of a Big Mac, and a couple times I ordered a burger without pickles, but was given pickles a... read more
