My mobile order included a daily double burger as part of a combo meal I was charged for on my debit card. At the cashier she told me they didn’t make daily doubles anymore and that I wouldn’t get my order. She didn’t know how I would get a refund. At the food window I only got a partial order of something else and not the daily double value meal which was paid for. We went there for the Big Arch. Place our order at the kiosk and since we were dining in, the kiosk prompted us to enter a number from one of the table tents at the kiosk so a server could deliver out food. I thought this was great until the wait. We sat at a table and placed the table tent in clear view. Then, we waited and waited and waited. I went through the drive thru around 10:00pm and I knew they wouldn’t have coffee but I thought I would try my luck. They didn’t which was fine but then I asked for a diet coke, a coke, anything they just said they were out of it. The lady who was managing, by the looks of it, was very rude to her coworkers too. I love McDonald's fries. Although this place could be very busy throughout the week the customer service is friendly.
