Only problem here is that they never make fresh fries. Nobody wants stale cold fries. Please make fresh fries
I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The apple pies are almost always dry and taste like they’ve been sitting there for a long time instead of being fresh. The rest of the food doesn’t seem fresh either, which really takes away from the quality you expect when you’re paying for a meal. Another issue is the customer service. The workers are often standing around talking to each other in their own language while customers are waiting, which can make it feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately they're under staffed. If staffed properly they can definitely do a better job
