It's honestly sad the amount of fries that they give you when fries are probably the cheapest thing at mcdonald's. When I asked a manager, why they literally fill them half full, she said that they measure them out, its based on weight. And they're only supposed to give a certain amount per size (small. Med and large)😂😂😂. I've known multiple people that work at mcdonald's and they literally said, never, do They have a scale and weigh the fries. Misled me on a happy meal toy, shortchanged my drink and apple slices.
Extremely poor service. I waited ten minutes for a Diet Coke!! The staff asked me three times if it was a Diet Coke. I said yes, and then no one brought it to me! When I simply asked, “Where’s my Diet Coke?”, the male employee shouted at me, “You’re a bit loud!!!” I waited ten minutes while holding my child — am I not even allowed to ask? Absolutely terrible!
The worst thing McDonald's did was put this stupid self order things in.
