I will never step foot in this McDonald's again. While I was there, a customer walked by and apologized to me and my son for the unpleasant experience we were about to witness. She approached the counter visibly upset about missing some dips and a mistake with her sandwich. Instead of resolving her concerns, the manager engaged in an argument with her.
