My friend was blatantly ignored when she asked for her cup. The employee looked her directly in the eye and walked away, so she proceeded to grab her own. Now while i understand food service employees do not want customers walking past the front counter, you cannot ignore them either. He then proceeded to complain to other employees AND the following customers about her walking around the counter while we were sitting right there.
We pulled up to a not busy McDonald’s. The guy expediting today watched 5 of us pay for our food/drinks. We waited at the counter and my friend asked him to his face for her cup. He blatantly ignored her and walked around the corner. She then grabbed her cup herself because there is NO ATTENDANT AT THE COUNTER. After that we finally received the other 4 cups, waiting for another 4-5 minutes to be acknowledged from another employee because the original guy was upset at the fact she had to grab her own cup that she paid for.
