I went to McDonald’s to eat with my daughter through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the experience was really bad. The lady who attended us was quite rude; she didn’t listen when we ordered or paid, and she treated us poorly. It’s a shame that a place like McDonald’s has this kind of service.

It's a long story short basically my experience here was a little bit shaky in the beginning however the manager here named Samantha really took care of my order and had superb customer service and great leadership. She took care of all my needs and was very professional. I want to give her the full recommendation for manager. Of the year her name is Samantha and she's been awesome. Thank you so much for having her on your team....
