Drive thru line is fine but if you go inside there's not a single person that'll help you. They will just look at you and move on back to helping the drive thru.
Kena was SO sweet PLEASE give her a raise!!!!!! I will contact management if she is not given a raise!!! She was so pleasent, wonderful and gave great customer service!!! 10/10!
I had an unreal experience I just had to document it. I went inside to get fries and a drink (not much). 3 people after me had the same order and got it well before me- including some friends that ordered it after me. After maybe 30 minutes, I finally received my drink. My friends were offered a free ice cream for their troubles (they had their food).
