My mom ask the worker to see if they have ketchup or any bbq sauces in the bag and the worker says yes and she left where the drive thru parking lot, and got home they didn't put the sauces what we ordered and the ketchup's which is horrible, bad ordering and not doing a good job on treating the customers.
Drive through takes so long, update 10/24/3026 drive through is so slow still
managers conducted themselves ridiculously with customer service, an hour long wait time. i asked for refund and gave me less than what i paid for. truly an upsetting service.
It’s unbelievable how I had to wait 45 min to get two has browns. & the only reason I got them was because I had to get it my self from the counter. There’s a lot of people complaining abt there delays on there’s orders. Management please do better or hire more people .
Dont bother unless you are drive thru. They ignore all other orders and make you wait.
