I have been coming here since the schools opened while waiting to drop kids off to school before work. I’ve ordered the simplest thing as coffee and they can’t even get that right. So, this morning I take my incomplete coffee back up to ask them to add French vanilla they continue to leave out, I get back a coffee that’s had lots of sugar added to it… No French vanilla or vanilla flavor whatsoever. I’m a big coffee drinker and know what flavored and non flavored coffee tastes like. This place needs new management and workers... read more

Get rude to a customer for asking for napkins? Really makes wonder if it made her happy to be rude to a total stranger. Food was ok though
I had a terrible experience here. The behavior from both the staff and the manager was completely unacceptable. At one point, an employee actually grabbed a bag of food I was trying to return, ripped it out of my hands, and threw it on the floor. It felt extremely aggressive and unprofessional. I’m very upset by how the situation was handled.
