They need to shut down for atheist 24 hours and do a deep clean with all employees on deck. I only chose this location because my kids wanted to play and my oh my do they need some brooms and mops.
Walked in during my road trip to quickly grab an iced coffee. I ordered on the screen inside and waited for my drink. After about 5 minutes, I see that my drink is done and made and just sitting on the counter in the kitchen. No one comes out to the register to give it to me or ask me if I need something. After another 5 minutes of waiting, someone comes out to hand out a different order and finally realizes that my drink is sitting there too. I've never seen such confusingly incompetent service. Don't get the biscuits and gravy here. The manager at this one short fills their gravy cup every single time I visited this location. I complained thru their feedback and they were rude and unprofessional. I have a sodium deficiency so unfortunately I eat alot of McDonald's. Go to savoy to avoid the penny pinching manager here. I spend more than most people do at McDonald's since its every day and expected a different outcome. I was wrong...
