Still a 1 star a year later and wishing there was a 0 option……I hate leaving bad reviews but when you have a customer who comes through a drive thru and is in said drive thru blocked in for 40 minutes. There is a BIG ISSUE!!!! At the speaker, I said my order which was one drink the new blackberry passion fruit refresher she’s said HUH I DONT UNDERSTAND YOU really rudely and I was taken aback and then she said drive up so I did that took 20 minutes to get to the window. Visit at 7:30pm. I can see a crew member working kitchen in sneakers, sweatpants and no hair covering. Kind of concerning. Managers seem unbothered. Food was hot, hopefully I didn’t eat any hair.
You need the patience of a saint at drive thru….
