The only McDonald's I'd ever praise
By far the worst McDonalds in Sparks/Reno. Anytime I order drive through they make me pull up and park, I constantly see it happening to other people any time I drive by too. On top of that they’ve messed up my orders a few times by missing anything extra I ask for or missing toppings and most of said toppings are around the inside the boxes instead of in the burgers themselves.
absolute embarrassment of a fast food place. $6 meal deal and didn’t even get my nuggets. somebody please take this place over and run it better lol
the girl with the glasses and braid that was working on july 30th was texting on her phone when i spoke to her asking for assistance after waiting on my mobile “drive thru” order for 20 minutes and just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders silently last time i was in there. i didn’t write a complaint about that. today she was working drive through and sent me to park again to wait for my “drive thru” mobile order which took approx. 13 minutes. it was a small order. the guy coming out to bring my food told me i had sauces ... read more
