NEW STAFF IS A MUST Worst McDonalds in 11211 don’t come here for a QUICK grab and go you’ll be here for 25mins+ even if you order for a pickup 10-15 minutes before getting there. ALL THE TIME (nobody is ever at the counter and they don’t care)
I am editing this review after restaurant management contacted me about the negative experience I had here a few days ago. I am always honest in these reviews, so I have to keep it real- still not thrilled with this location or the staff employed here. But at least restaurant management is aware of issues and willing to hear and address concerns, which is a plus for any establishment
