I ordered delivery, they messed it up, and I called to fix it. A Spanish speaking lady answered “hello” not saying McDonald’s. I explained my problem and she hung up on me, as well as two additional times. She then gave me to another manager to handle my problem and I find out the lady who can’t speak English is a manager. WTH. Why have a lady who can’t steak to customers answer the phones or even be a manager?!
We ordered 4 drinks, 4 fries and 4 dbl cheese burgers. Got home and only one dbl cheese burger.? Call and was told come back (15min drive). Waited inside for 15-20 minutes and let me tell you what a circus I witnessed. Won't be back...
I order some pies because i love their strawberry and cream pie those pies where really expire, one expired at 12 and the other one at 2 o asked nicely and they manager on dutie said give them apple and they were also expired and after give me other ones that were a few minutes to be expired so at this point i asked for fresh one and the manager was yelling saying ill have to wait and i said yes also order food for my the whole family the guy just came threw the food on the table they forgo most of our things and when we ask... read more
My food is typically right, but the time i went through the drive thru recently the person taking my order was talking with his friends who were talking very loudly in the background and he kept having to ask me to repeat myself, kept losing focus, and went quiet for 30 seconds
