They parked us in the drive-through made us wait about 10 minutes or more and then the food we got was cold. Disgrace whatever ever happened must be poor management because there’s no explanation to what happened.
Felt rushed and when I was trying to ask a question the person, kept saying is that all, and then they tried to give me the wrong food and I kept telling them that wasn't my order. Everyone I encountered at this place was extremely rude. Will not go to this one again

I'm not sure why just about any McDonald's franchise in the country has coffee on demand except for those under the ownership of the Darmody franchise. Without fail, this location and others within the Darmody purview NEVER have any coffee ready. I place an order for it on the app, anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour in advance, yet they still FAIL at having a basic menu item ready.
