Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and it came out like it was sitting for hours bread hard as a rock not even edible how do you mess this up
Awful. I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They have taken 2 cars from the other line after telling me they would be “with me when they can”
I am seriously so done with this place. I place an online order for breakfast food to go pick it up and then I get here and the order was canceled... I go in and a worker tells me that because I wasn't there by 10:30am onthe dot to get the food or in the facility at 10:30am they cancel the order because it is breakfast food...seriously MCDONALD'S I think you really need to re-evaluate your way of the online ordering or change your time, but hey i am only one person, so it will never happen. Crazy this place is in such a nice area. The inside was easily the grossest I’ve ever seen in a McDonald’s. I felt guilty letting my kids touch the play area. It was hard finding a table in good enough condition that I could scrape off the hardened ketchup well enough to eat. And the kiosk to order was out of receipt paper, I’m guessing it’s easier to just not let reviews get to corporate.
