I have never been to a restaurant where condiments are rationed so strictly. I was genuinely surprised to learn that customers are apparently expected to eat an entire meal with only a couple of packets of ketchup or sauce, and that asking for additional condiments seems to be tracked. It made me feel like I was being monitored over something as basic as ketchup and dipping sauces, which I’ve never experienced at any other restaurant.
