I tend to visit this location more often than others because of the excellent service they provide regularly. I went today and used my birthday reward via an app order. When I picked it up, they told me happy birthday at the speaker. Then they sang it to me at the pickup window while handing me my order. That was a very sweet gesture and it won't be forgotten. The food was also perfectly fresh and delicious. Thank you!
So ordered a sausage burrito. Upon feeling the outside wrapping, I could tell it was cold. Upon biting into it, it was ice cold. It wasn't heated at all? This is unacceptable. This has never happened to me at any McDonald's in my life. This was the Saturday morning crew.
They always forget food so make sure you check your bag. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns and they forgot a whole sandwich. How do you forget a whole sandwich? Thats a 75% success rate.
