Does this specific location have something against putting salt on the fries? At least a little sprinkle would be fine. I could get over the fries being cold half of the time, but could you at least try to put some salt?
Do yourself a favor and go to another location. They don’t care and they will get anything and everything wrong. If you go inside to talk to a human to fix your issue…they will literally ALL look at you then directly look down and ignore you. You’ll be standing there for 15 mins before anyone will say anything. Think you get skip the chaos and do a mobile order? Nah, they’ll mess that up too and keep saying “but they didn’t check the order in” then you get to pull to the last window and sit there for 10+ mins and nobody will... read more
