I placed a paid mobile order through the McDonald’s app, but when I arrived, the app wouldn’t let me check in. I called the store, and the manager told me I’d have to place another order and wait several days for a refund on the first one. When I mentioned contacting corporate, she said she “didn’t really care,” then hung up on me, and even gave out the supposed name of the franchise owner (Justin Conner) — which was completely unprofessional.
