Great customer service.
I placed the breakfast order. They forgot about it and didn't make it. The 10 minutes that I was in there they refused to refund a customer for the full price of what he paid for something and they made it wrong, they forgot two people's drinks, and they forgot a sandwich out of somebody's meal. Terrible location. I will not be back.
Its alright . Seems like one of the people who assembled the burger doesn't know how to place the bun on top of the other bun though . I asked for extra ketchup aswell for my pregnant gf , which we went to eat that sandwich and couldn't just by presentation.. lifted the bun to look at what was happening and mann.. they MUST have a ketchup cannon in the back . I complained about it so they fixed it . Maybe drop the fries for 2 more minutes longer aswell . Usually get pretty soggy fries .
