This used to be a pretty great location but lately my order have been wrong. For example I always order a Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Last four time it was on the slip but not in the drink. The last time it was not even my drink at all, slip was for a counter order so once again did not have the extra shot I paid for. Maybe new management?

Every time I come here something goes wrong. This morning I went for one Big breakfast, I ordered it on the mobile app should’ve been ready when I got there. I waited half an hour and they gave me two bags full of somebody else’s food at least worth $60 .. Then he asked me to give him the bags back when I told them they weren’t mine. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally got what I actually ordered.

Put a TEA BAG in with the hot tea orders. Missing multiple times. Abd put 2 creams in large coffees. You guys are seriously terrible. I wish Door Dash used them other Bellevue McD.

This McDonalds had a wait time of 15 minutes for my at table order around 8pm. The food was fresh and tasted great which I cannot complain about. Just the wait was frustrating. However the lobby was not clean and neither was the play place, as kids were playing barefooted, food was on the play place, scattered on the floor and gave off general dirty vibes.

Lady at drive tru did not pay attention to my order and what I ordered only received part of my order we pay ridiculous prices for your food and can't even get the order right.. on multiple occasions now edit. Once again every time now my order is made wrong. How hard is it to do your job right.
