Rite on time
Slow service, employees just slacking off. A customer in the lobby was having to tell the employees what to do as they were missing items. She had the employees get several items for everyone inside. Employees weren’t even hustling around super busy, they were taking their sweet time, sending out the drive thru orders while completely neglecting the people inside. This was at 2 pm Sunday March 22nd. So ridiculous. We waited 25 minutes for our food inside while we watched cars run through the drive thru.
My initial visit was less than satisfactory, although they could work on the speed of there drive thru, I recently went into the store. The order was wrong, but the manager gladly remade my order and even gave me a sweet tea while I waited. I could not be happier with the in-store experience. Please hire more people, they need it!
Poor service, long wait, cold and not made right food. Over all Terrible experience
