Slow and missing food occasionally
Horrible experience with the use of an app and them being out of meat? No offer of exchange of food or nothing.. so we literally waited 16 minutes in the drive thru line for NOTHING!! Now we wait for our refund.. nice
The inside kiosks were only taking "to go" orders. We waited a while and no one came to take our "eat in" order so we ordered "to go" at the kiosk. My fish sandwich was hard and clearly had been sitting a while. There was also a massive amount of tartar sauce in the box like the first two squints didn't hit the piexe of fish. Awful!! I've never had trouble at Harrison location so I'll go there.
I had a mobile order. I got in line and the car in front of me was trying to get her order but she had to wait for 3 customers in 3 different vehicles on the 2nd line before they asked for her order. Then she finally got to go forward. I pull up at the speaker and she tells me to hold on that she was trying to fix the order that had just been taken, in which; was fine but then right after that and I mean right after she told me to hold on she took the order from the 2nd line again and 2 more behind that one in the 2nd line. ... read more
