Idk who the manager is or what her name is, but she’s very unprofessional, wears a bonnet while walking around in a blanket it looks like almost? While clocked in and working. Like I said just very unprofessional doesn’t look like she wants to be there, I order snack wrap from this place prob 2-3 times and they have messed it up every time.
As if I couldn’t make their jobs ANY EASIER, I placed a mobile order, all they have to do is hit a button and hand me my food, but nope, that’s too hard for them. I don’t know what happened but apparently they couldn’t find my order, and the engineers and doctors that they are insisted on arguing with me instead of finding a solution. I provided them with a receipt, an order number, a detailed description and they refused to give me anything. I now left empty handed, and paid. I feel like an absolute schmuck
I just left here and the young lady that’s on drive through is very disrespectful no customer service I went to window to pay for my food she snatched my money I went to next window to report it and the young lady there laughed in my face a guy walked up and all he did was said I will get a refund and never gave me a refund I sat there for 20 minutes something needs to be done I will be contacting my lawyer
