This is the worst McDonald’s on the planet. They are slow and offer no explanation or kindness. The drive through took 25 minutes and no explanation or updates were given. There is a Wendy’s, Sonic or Braum’s close by, we should have gone there instead. We will not be returning to this location. Avoid at all cost.
There was a misunderstanding with an order I had on Monday, but today Alicia took the time to carefully review everything and resolved it with amazing customer service. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure to clearly explain each step while addressing all of my concerns. I truly applaud her professionalism and the positive attitude she maintained throughout the entire interaction. She made me feel heard and valued as a customer, and I really appreciate the extra effort she put into making things right.
Totally the wrong order aftee a 30 min wait in the drive thru I wasnt waiting i tried to say something to just get window slammed in my face If restaurants would start enforcing a drug-free workplace orders might get done correctly
I was staying next door at the hotel. I put in a mobile order and by the time I walked over there the food was ready in a minute. Everything in the order was correct, guy at the counter was very friendly and made sure I had plenty of the condiments I ordered. Probably the best experience I've had at a McDonald's
