Been waiting for over 15 minutes for my food. Pathetic.
Just ok because it is McDonald's but service was good
Currently sitting here listening to employees yell at multiple customers that they won't help them at the register. Treating customers poorly because of you can't properly staff is a terrible look. Do better! Also the lobby is very filthy.
Terrible experience. I couldn't find Ice Tea on the order machine so I pushed coke. Then promptly and politely asked Catie to sub for ice tea. She told me no because they are different price. She was rude as hell but I was polite and I understand you're busy but customer service is important especially when the customer is being polite. I asked for the manager, still politely, she then decided to give me ice tra and was even more rude.
Their is no policy that allows McDonald's to charge for food they didn't give to you, quid pro quo. In management training the bottom line they teach is it cost the store nothing to get refunds free fries ice cream etc, but it will cost you 20 customers for life if you mess up instead of making it right! They charge me $ for food they messed up which was not my food then when I ask for refund I was told no and given corporate numbers when they are a franchise! Law suit on its way! See you in court! 😃
