The two McDonald's in Crossville are not on my favorite lists. We only go for breakfast usually. There are toooo many times that you can wait five minutes for someone to help at the counter. Not just to order but to get condiments or a refill. When I want to refill my tea I have to ask and they give me ANOTHER PLASTIC CUP. Why isn't there a refill station like other stores. When we get a big breakfast I ALWAYS have to go back to the counter, wait for someone to notice me to ask for ketchup, butter, jelly, etc. I usually orde... read more
