I wanted to share a concern about a location we visit often. This hasn’t just happened once—it’s been several visits now where we’re asked to pull forward, wait a while, and still end up with incorrect food. Most recently, all of our burgers were made wrong and the fries were cold. I have kids, and they’re picky, so when orders aren’t right it turns into a really frustrating experience for everyone. And the GM at the peavine McDonald's was alway really mean and ugly with never nothing nice to say and would always yell at her imployees that was actually always rude to customers and staff
