my order #215 it was absolutely the worst big Mac I have ever ate not only was service slow but it was slim on veggies and the patty was super hard almost cardboard in texture and taste I cashed in points and that was a waste of 6000 points
Great customer service
We arrived at exactly 4:30 am. Supposed to be opening time. On our way to the airport had time constraints. Placed order on app. It took order and charged me. No one answered at drive thru lane so I went to window. Very nice employee said running a little late, food and coffee on its way. Coffee order was wrong, gave me decaf. Nice employee fixed that. A bit later bag of food. Well that was 20 minutes. Hopped on to nearby expressway, opened bag. Only a hash brown in it. No breakfast burrito. No time to return. Very disappoin... read more
