A Visit to My Favorite McDonald's at Buckwalter Location. Ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McGridlle, with Extra Bacon. I used the Inside Kiosk to Order. Absolutely Fast Service from "Missy" who Also Wished Me A Happy Day, and Thanked Me for Eating at McDonalds. The McGridlle is Very Tasty!
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru after I ordered for a steak and egg bagel. When they finally came out I thought I was upgraded to prime rib, NOPE. Was given a cold over sauced bagel with a cold apple pie as a “sorry for the wait” prize. AND gave me attitude for blocking the lane after they told me where to park.
Ordered the the app, parked in the spot, reported the spot number. I waited 25 minutes and no food. I had strept throat and didn't want to walk in the store and spread it around. So I left, thinking a refund would be easy. All these months later, I have not received any communication from this store and corporate is zero help.
Couldn't get in to eat. Had a work trailer too tall for drive thru so I tried to get breakfast to go. Doors were locked despite signs saying lobby was open. Happened 2 days in a row.
