This location doesn't offer drink refills at all. I asked at the counter and the employee sternly told me, "We don't give refills." I can't imagine I'll be back to this location again. No free refiils is a dealbreaker.
Evening crew is consistently messing up our orders, numerous times. Don't know what changed, but they seem understaffed. The morning crew has been fine for us. Only one issue ever which they immediately corrected.

I ordered a fried apple pie at 11:30. guilty u caught me sweets in the morning what can I say bad night. I finish my meal excited for a warm pie. awe nah its best eaten time is 10 38.......TEN AM bruh and I HATE calling so this is my complaint. to the sweet dirty blonde who was patient thank you. please to whoever was bagging dont use old food.
