Terrible experience. Placed a mobile order for 3 meal deals at 7pm to wait at the drive thru for over 10 mins, nobody at the window. I get home with my kids.. and one of the chicken nuggets container was empty with an open sauce container inside of it. Disgusting and gross.
Ordered through the app like I always do, quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup only, medium fries and a drink. Same exact order for my wife, so two of everything. Not only did both burgers not come with cheese, both were dangerously undercooked, rare to be exact which is crazy for fast food. We live close, so drove back, explained the situation, the lady at the window took our food back, didn't apologize and just told us to wait ahead of the window for them to bring it back out.
