Woman who claimed she was the general manager has no customer service skills and needs to be fired immediately. She was yelling and screaming at employees and didn’t seem to be actually doing her job. She was also on her phone right next to the food!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
5 pm open with nobody on line! And make wait for 30 min after pay the food! What this people is doing there! Terrible service
With one car in front of me, it took over 10 minutes to receive a simple Big Mac meal. Please hire more people, you simply don't have enough people working here.
Updated hours needed. I’ve been to this location a minimum of 7 times and it seems no matter the time but after 12am they are no longer taking orders. Not sure why it says 24 hours if they are not taking orders.
Why can't they critically think? Literally only car in line, and they make me pull around and park to wait, theres literally nobody behind me.
