It is McD’s - so food and atmosphere are fine for their standard qsr and the rating reflects that. However, I want to call out the service for app orders. We have been thru here several times and have zero issues with order accuracy. . Also, even though this is a busy intersection, they keep the drive thru moving. Thank you!

Good evening, Tonight I visited one of your stores and had a poor customer service experience. I was instructed to go through the drive-thru with my car, but the employee who took my order did not listen to me. I had to repeat my order three times, and it still was not understood until I went to the window. The order was handed to me reluctantly. Very nice.
Got food to go. Absolutely terrible. Got a plain hamburger for my dog and she wouldn't eat it. Chicken sandwich was just as bad. Will never go to another McDonalds.
