Food can have a better consistency, prices for same thing each day should not be different from each employee
I visit maybe once a month simply because I don’t eat fast food that much. The fries are always soggy crumbs. In the middle of a lunch rush they are only warm. Perhaps they were set on my tray while the burger was cooking. I would rather have a lukewarm burger and hit crisp fries. So yeah, lukewarm, soggy, fry crumbs. Burgers and service is always good. It is clean. The bathrooms are clean. I’ve come in for fries only. $4.99 for low quality large fries.

So, I use the app daily. I know it inside and out. So Im intown on business very busy. Stop in the app isn't working semi normal no big deal, but then their ordering kiosk was also not working and loading the emdeal wrong. The front desk girl tried to help but didnt understand. So she gets the manager and the manager wants me to download and undownload the app. Again im in a rush and I have used this special and had multiple managers at the cambridge and kent island store the managers can manually put it in but she didnt.
