Reliable McDonalds with helpful staff

I like this McDonalds well enough, the employees are very friendly, but the food is frequently cold and they often forget things in orders. Tonight I ordered through the App, and when I got home after picking it up, I realized the main item from the meal (Spicy McCrispy) wasn’t even in the bag. Usually I wouldn’t care, but those meals have gotten expensive. No way to report stuff like this on the app and not bother employees. not a friendly seller, I ordered ice cream and for the first time in this McDonald's the seller gave me a very small portion of ice cream, when I asked why so little he laughed mockingly and told me take it and go.... this is too bad McDonald's and I do not recommend this particular establishment, because the seller's behavior is unacceptable. I paid for the goods and did not receive them in full and my evening was wasted
