Food was fresh (this time). But the customer service from management was so awful I walked out the restaurant feeling horrible. The tall bald guy (I'm guessing the manager) on first shift was sooooo rude it was disgusting the way he ignored me while I tried to ask him questions about the kiosk and my order. He looked me in my face and rolled his eyes and walked away. I was in disbelief he was so rude I couldn't believe it. I definitely don't ever wanna come back here on first shift ever again!!!!!!
Sitting in the inside drive though... No one answered, two cars were serviced in the outside lane, so I drive about the building to try again. FINALLY got a team member to answer after two more cars. We ordered mini and small MCFlurries we were told they don't sell small. WE JUST BOUGHT THEM THE OTHER DAY... AND PREVIOUS TIMES.... WHAT? Any who, we ordered mini and registry M&M. WHEN THEY HAVE THEM TO IS THROUGH THE WINDOW... The regular was M&M.... the mini was Oreo... We just drove away .. Fuming Disappointed
