I just moved to the area, although I don’t eat McDonald everyday it’s convenient at times when in a rush.. my first time here a lady at the drive-thru was rushing us when I told her to give me a second she got an attitude so I decided to go inside and as I’m walking in I hear them talking in Spanish saying “they have to be black people” mind you I’m Hispanic so I asked for the manager and she apologized and gave me a free orange juice for the inconvenience. Refused to honor a McDonalds app deal despite meeting all conditions for the deal. She said it’s the app’s fault not theirs. Highly disappointing experience would not recommend this McDonald’s at all.
Took my order for mcflurries, got to the second window, then they said they dont have ice cream, told them to cancel it, they said ok, they still charged my card, didnt cancel it and stole my money
