This was by far the WORST McDonald’s experience I have ever had. I placed two mobile orders at 1:00 AM, only to arrive at the restaurant and wait over an hour without being properly helped. After all that time, I was told that only one of my orders would be served. No clear explanation was ever provided. What made the situation even worse was the manager, Pernell, refusing to address me directly and instead having a new employee relay messages back and forth. The fries and nuggets are cooked in grease that's only changed 2x/week. Got bad food--you could smell it. 3 people got sick. Don't call--they pick up and hang up. Manager tonight wasn't very apologetic; got the impression I was being told it wasn't from them..

I was just drinking my frozen Coke when suddenly I feel something weird in my mouth. There’s a piece of hair that is at least a foot long coming through the straw. Absolutely disgusting and they should feel lucky that I’ve decided to go home right now cause I’m tired. But this is absolutely unacceptable.
