First I need to let you know that I am not hard to please and normally am leaving good reviews. But not this time. We don't usually eat at McDonald's but we were traveling and stopped in to eat. Placed our order at the front, did not use the kiosk or app. The staff at the front took our simple order (for 2) at 10:56. It's 11:15 and we still have no food.
