Their service has just gone down hill the last couple of years still better than the wooster location.
This McDonalds is by far the best one ive ever been to. They once used to answer the drive thru with, "welcome to the worlds most famous McDonalds". Not gonna lie, thought it was funny at 1st. Then one morning as the family and I were headed out of state for a lil vacation. We stopped here to grab a bite to eat real quick. 7 ppl ordering and each meal with added this or minus that. I don’t know if employees are receiving proper training, because every time I order something from them, something is always missing from my order.
Please start repeating my order back to me when handing it out the window in the drive thru. Tired of ordering and paying for food and not getting it!
