Following the recent remodel of this McDonald's location, I can’t help but feel that the atmosphere has lost its former charm. The interior now features stark concrete walls with minimal color, creating an impersonal, almost prison-like feel. While the service was adequate, it certainly didn’t match the level of customer experience this restaurant used to provide. I did a mobile order for my son and had him go pick it up. They refused to give it to him because they said that the actual phone the order was placed on had to be present. I have never heard of this. I told them to just cancel my order and they said it was but it doesn't show cancelled on the app and i didn't recieve an email that a refund was in process.
