Update 3/2026: Never got a refund. Went in to complain in person and was told they couldn't refund me directly, to take up the complaint with my credit card. Credit card also denied the claim. The HR for this location sent a "personal" letter thanking me for the feedback and saying they shared it with local management. Sad way to handle a legitimate complaint that cost the customer money. The food and service is horrible. I ordered cheese on my fish sandwich for over 2 decades. This is what I get. They owe me a lot of cheese. I'll collect wait and see!

How the hell do you get a McDouble plain wrong? I understand it for getting to remove a condiment but removing a whole entire Patty is freaking ridiculous and I want my money back
