This is BY FAR one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. I travel from KC to Wichita often, and every time I stop here my food is always much better than an average McDonald’s, the staff is friendly, and the facility is extremely clean and comfortable. There are even TVs playing sports and/or a fireplace as a bonus. So today I asked….is this a family owned franchise and well of course it is. Everything is good!
I normally stop at the plaza to rest and use the restroom. I ordered on the app like normal and someone grab my food either by mistake or purpose and was standing around waiting for my food that never came. The manager made it right and gave me my order was so nice of them. Good job McDonalds
