Food took so long just to be cold, when I was finally able to get someone’s attention it was the manager and with and attitude she asked what do you want me to do!!! Tables were dirty I told one of the employees and his answer was do you want napkins to clean them!!!! I will definitely never go back to that location
The new McDonald's in Southbridge is great. We could order at the counter . Staff was very friendly. Food is always great. Grandkids favorite place
This is a terrible McDonald with rotten food!! I’ve gotten an Egg McMuffin & the egg yolk was GREEN! I can provide pictures absolutely disgusting!!! I also bought a Caramel Frappe with EXTRA CARAMEL and they did not put extra at all !
