I don't know what has happened here but ordering ahead shouldn't take 35m to prepare a quarter pound cheeseburger. It's ridiculous, It's not even fast food anymore but the quality hasn't improved.
Service at this location has been abysmal lately, waiting 30 minutes plus for mobile orders and when I finally receive my food everything is cold. Just go to the Sturbridge or Charlton location. The staff here is incompetent and cant handle a rush.
