I spent quite a bit of money at this McDonald's on State road 100. I never ever ask for condiments, I never complain when my foods wrong or not good. Today I ordered something off the menu, I thought syrup would be nice to go with it. I asked for one syrup. Just one syrup, they looked at me like I had five heads and refused to give me syrup because didn't already pay for it earlier in the line. This place still sucks. Service is always horrible. Takes 10 minutes sitting at the speaker for anyone to acknowledge you. Last time I visit this location. All I ordered was a $5 McDouble meal deal with a coke. I wait almost 30 MINUTES for my order AFTER they parked me which I figured was for their “drive thru” timer. It was 25 minutes before I circled back around in the drive thru to receive my order. There was NO APOLOGY at all for my wait. No acknowledgement of my wait or anything. Horrible customer service, Workers Cursing At Each Other Making Customers And myself Uncomfortable, Very unprofessional Takes forever to make food pretty there is cross contamination going back there etc etc PLEASE CHECK THIS PLACE OUT OR SHUT IT DOWN
